Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the website dowajy.com and the advertising management software operated by Dowajy Consulting Group L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our"), including our Meta app "Ad Flow" (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The Platform

The Platform lets authorised business users view advertising performance, create and manage ads, and generate reports for ad accounts they own or are authorised to manage. Access is provided by invitation only, as part of our agency services or a separate written agreement.

2. Accounts and access

• You must keep your login details confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may only connect and manage ad accounts, Pages and Instagram accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is misused or puts the Platform or other users at risk.

3. Advertising responsibility

You remain responsible for your ads, budgets and content, and for complying with Meta's Advertising Standards, Terms of Service and all applicable laws. Ads created through the Platform are created paused and only run once they are activated. We are not responsible for decisions made by Meta, including ad rejections, account restrictions or changes to Meta's services.

4. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us the rights needed to process it in order to provide the Platform. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Our software

We own the Platform and all related intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the Platform except as agreed with us in writing.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". Data shown depends on third-party services such as Meta and may be delayed or change after it is reported.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or advertising results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the fees paid to us for the Platform in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending access

You can stop using the Platform at any time and remove our access in your Meta Business Settings. On termination, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in Meydan Free Zone. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
