This Privacy Policy explains how Dowajy Consulting Group L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our"), a company licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai (Licence No. 2651119.01), collects, uses and protects information through our website dowajy.com and our advertising management software, including our Meta app "Ad Flow" (together, the "Platform").
1. Who the Platform is for
The Platform is a business tool used by our agency team and by the businesses and agencies we work with to manage their own advertising. It is not intended for consumers or for anyone under 18.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address and login details of people we give access to the Platform.
- Advertising data from Meta: through the Meta Marketing API we access ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that the relevant business has authorised us to manage. This includes performance metrics (such as spend, impressions, reach, clicks and conversions) and aggregated, non-identifying audience breakdowns (such as age range, gender, country, placement and device).
- Content you provide: images, videos, ad text and settings uploaded or entered to create ads, as well as report layouts and notes.
- Technical information: basic logs needed to run and secure the Platform, such as timestamps and error messages.
We do not collect personal data about the individual people who see or interact with ads. Meta provides advertising data to us only in aggregated form.
3. How we use information
- To display dashboards and reports of advertising performance to the business that owns the ad account.
- To create, edit and manage campaigns, ad sets and ads on behalf of that business, at its request. New ads are created paused and reviewed before going live.
- To generate optimisation recommendations and client reports.
- To provide support, keep the Platform secure and fix problems.
We use Meta data only to provide these services to the business that authorised access. We do not sell, rent or share Meta data with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals or for any purpose not permitted by Meta's Platform Terms.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Platform, including hosting (Vercel), database and storage (Supabase, hosted in the European Union) and AI processing (Anthropic) for features such as written report summaries. These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Data retention
We keep advertising data for as long as the business uses our services, so that historical performance remains available. When a business stops using the Platform or revokes access, we delete its data within 30 days unless we are required by law to keep it.
6. Data deletion
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing anas@dowajy.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the business or ad account concerned. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. You can also remove our app's access at any time in your Meta Business Settings, which immediately stops any further data access.
7. Security
Access to the Platform is restricted to authorised users, each business can only see its own ad accounts, data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access tokens are stored securely on our servers.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
9. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Platform uses essential cookies only to keep you signed in.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date it was last updated.
